In this 8 week retreat we are going to explore the theme of “ BE STILL AND KNOW WHO YOU ARE” Sandy Newbigging

Starting with collecting ideas and inspiration we will explore different ways to express your identity and creativity through contemporary hand stitching and embroidery.
We are going to use this period of time for exploration, reflection and personal creative development. This is your time to connect with yourself and do the work that you want pwith a group of like minded individuals.
Exploring- Intuitive daily stitching, making your mark through different stitches, mindful and meditative stitch.
You can record your retreat through- stitched journals or a small diary quilt.

Places are limited to 8-10 participants maximum
This retreat will be run on zoom or Google Meet at 6 -8:30pm GMT (London)
