Embodied Stitch Residency program 10 weeks SEPTEMBER, OCTOBE,NOVEMBER

This residency will be person centered learning.
It is designed for participants who want to complete a body of work of their choosing.
This could be new experimental work, samplers and designs or work that you intend to complete within the residency.

If you wish to participate in this residency you will need to :
To commit to attending the sessions.
You will keep records of your work.
You will be able to talk about your work. Each week a participant will do a presentation.
You will have your work available at the end of the 10 weeks for inclusion in an online exhibition - Hosted by FAV - Fibre Art Voices -

When you sign up for the Residency you will send me a proposal of your intended area of study, what you want to explore and develop and how you are going to complete this work. Is this an experimental time for you or will you be working towards completed work.

I will provide exercises , theories and prompts that can be utilised by everyone whatever their project.

It is intended that this 10 week residency will be the first module in a year long residency.
Each module will be the same price and will be paid for separately.
A second year will be run in the same format -

I am aiming to make this 2 year course a diploma course, if you want to do a more formal structured based body of work over an extended period of time.
